About

Clay Richardson, founder of Tenacity Projects, brings nearly two decades of industry experience, notably from his roles at Wood Partners, a leading development firm. Since 2011, Richardson has played a pivotal position in managing origination, development, design, financing, and construction for new multifamily projects in Arizona and Nevada for Wood Partners.

Before Wood Partners, Richardson honed his skills in development and asset management with Cardon Development and Gray Development. He holds a Master's in Real Estate Development (MRED) and a Bachelor's degree in Material Science Engineering from Arizona State University, providing a solid foundation for his role in navigating the uncertainties of the real estate sector.
